YES! I read this piece too! So you can imagine my surprise when I went to check out a recent follower’s grid and was like, uh, we are not talking about the same thing here.
Such lovely words on a chilly and damp Sunday. As my strength waxes and wanes, I’m learning to be kind to myself and to stop hating myself for being ill. Life is still full of small joys and surprises-they’re just a little quieter now. And knitting and reading still bring me peace.
How do you so often know what is unspoken in my heart? Thank you for your words, my friend, and for the quiet respite from the hustle and bustle of life. (also, realizes that I'm cold and goes to look for a blanket...)
I look forward to your email. I read and ponder while drinking my tea. Once again, I have so many thoughts on your words but yet, I feel the need to ponder and mull them over so I am at a loss for words.
Your soul is a wonderful spirit! My heart is lighter when I’m reading your thoughts. You speak your truth ❤️♥️💜 and it’s very touching. Thank you for sharing your moments of life that are truly profound and relatable.
Happy Holiday’s and may the days ahead be filled with joy and love.
Simply perfect. Every word. My heart rate slowed as I read, tucked under a cozy throw with Oslo in my lap. Sending gratitude, gentleness, and a heap of coziness to you and yours.
Every Sunday I feel you are speaking directly to my heart and soul, Anne. We must be kindred spirits!
Thank you for sharing your thoughts with such eloquence, courage and kindness. ❤️

I find this topic so fascinating! It started when a homeschool/back to the land blogger all of the sudden (at least to me) went alt right...wild.
