Last call for stitchy season tentacles! 🦑
Today's the last day to preorder a Gripping knitted tentacle kit
Will your season of witchy, stitchy things include some cute and eerie tentacles?
Today is the last day to preorder a Gripping kit in your choice of color set. If you worry that the knitting is too fiddly for you, I am here to say: it's not. I've done it, and you can too. (If you’ve knit a sock, you can totally knit a tentacle.)
The first time I offer a kit is always the very best time to (pre)order one, because all the color choices and all the options are available, and I would love to make one for you.
Preorders will ship in about a month, which gives me time for the supplies and base yarn to arrive, and for me to dye, reskein, and assemble everything.
I’ll be restocking these kits later but with some editing choices, so if you’ve had your eye on this kit, today is the very best time to order it.
We will have so much fun at our knitalong session (which is October 14, with a recording available after), where I’ll share my tips and tricks, where I’ll answer questions, and where I will cheer you on.
You’ll love putting your knitted tentacle on your desk to hold a favorite pen, or maybe on your kitchen windowsill to hold your wedding ring while you do dishes, or on your knitting table to hold a crochet hook, like me.
Maybe you’ll gift your tentacle to a fun-loving person in your life.
I can’t promise that your kit will arrive by Halloween night, but there are be plenty of fall evenings ahead of us where you can cuddle up with some beautiful yarn and knit for a night or two, and end up with …. a bendable, delightful, pose-able tentacle!
